David "Dave" Looney passed away October 23, 2013. Dave, who was in EX Div, 1952-56, attended the 2nd USS LA reunion in 1978 (Minneapolis, MN, and he was the chairman of the 3rd USS LA reunion in 1979 (Louis, MO).
